It was quite obvious that this conversation was not going the way Satoru was planning, Suguru didn't have to be a mind-reader for that. He also didn't need to have the famed Six-Eyes to notice Satoru's attention wavering the moment he turned to look at him. It was a bit difficult to not let that stroke his ego.
Unlike Satoru, Suguru did not come here with any plans to negotiate. He left the man back then with no options to join him for a reason, and he wasn't willing to try begging him to come to his side now. It was a waste of time and effort when that time could be spent doing more fun things.
"Oh, don't give me that." Suguru scoffed as Satoru spoke of duty and how they shouldn't see each other. "You don't get to do that. You don't get to bust into my home, threaten and fuck me, and then just waltz right back out when I don't bend to your whim."
Logically Suguru should let him. Logically Suguru should tell Satoru that he is right and they should forget all of this happened. That's the right thing to do for both of them, for both of their goals, the next time they meet should be when they're facing off and getting ready to kill each other.
Suguru should get up and leave.
Suguru absolutely should not be leaning in closer, hot hand wrapping around Satoru's upper thigh.
"I don't think you want to do that either, Sa-to-ru." He drags the syllables against Satoru's ear. Suguru justifies it to himself as protection, Satoru being emotionally invested means less likely him to actually follow the higher-ups execution orders and mess with his organization.
It's most certainly not because Suguru doesn't want to let him go. That would be irrational.
However before Satoru can respond he removes himself entirely and does get up.
"But then if you don't want to see me again, not like I can stop you right? Just know the next time you barge through my doors I might not be as friendly if that's how you want it to be." Suguru states, voice losing the sensual notes as he turns to get out of the sauna. "Pity... I even cleared my morning for tomorrow too."
